You set a fixed schedule that you will *never* diverge from. function (it's not an app, though it has an icon on the watch's app list, what is it?). Some settings are controlled from this app, some from the health app, some from third party apps, some from the watch and some combinations of the above. The integration between apple watch and iPhone is s royal mess. Thanks Apple for making such a good product! I turned it off got home charged it and you would never know that it had been at the bottom of the lake for over a day! I am a firm believer in the Iwatch. As I’m sitting on the boat waiting to see if he can find anything he comes out of the water holding my watch! 46 feet deep!! The watch had been submerged for 28 hours and when he handed it to me the battery was still at 15% battery life and still buzzing. The next day me and him motored out to where I thought I had lost my watch. The next day I call our local Marina and asked if they had any recommendations for a diver. As I drove home that night I thought I would never see it again. I tracked it on my phone and could tell that it was only about 15 feet away. I thought dang I lost my new watch! I looked and looked but knew it was going to be too deep.
